Ingredients

1 cup Sour Cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 Tbl minced onion
1.5 top Belle Ville Blend
1 tsp dried dill weed
1 tsp dried parsley
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground black pepper

Our Belle Ville Blend delivers a delicious combination of flavors. Savory celery seed meets cinnamon and allspice for a unique blend that’s perfect for Autumn cooking. We love it on chicken and pork. It hit all the right notes in our Pumpkin Soup with Spicy Pepitas.

We used Belle Ville Blend to make this retro party appetizer. Beau Monde Dip, nestled on trays of crudite or served with pumpernickel toast, was a popular dish back in the day. We thought this throwback deserved a comeback. Delicious!

Instructions

1.Combine all ingredients until well blended. Refrigerate for at least an hour. Taste and adjust with salt if needed.
2.Serve with crackers, crudite or toasted pumpernickel.
