Simple steamed cauliflower turns exotic with a drizzle of Key Lime Avocado Oil and a sprinkling of Balinese Long Pepper. These odd-looking peppers have a smoldering heat with a unique flavor that’s part cinnamon, part cardamom and completely unexpected. Beau came up with this combo, and we’re happy he did. Cauliflower is now in regular side dish rotation.
|1.||Using a paring knife, remove the cauliflower from the stem and break into florets.|
|2.||Place in a baking dish and sprinkle with salt and Balinese Long Pepper. Drizzle with Key Lime Avocado Oil and toss to coat. Cover tightly with plastic wrap and microwave for 7-10 minutes or until tender.|
