Ingredients

1 head cauliflower, trimmed
3-4 Tbl Key Lime Avocado Oil
Balinese Long Pepper
Salt

Simple steamed cauliflower turns exotic with a drizzle of Key Lime Avocado Oil and a sprinkling of Balinese Long Pepper. These odd-looking peppers have a smoldering heat with a unique flavor that’s part cinnamon, part cardamom and completely unexpected. Beau came up with this combo, and we’re happy he did. Cauliflower is now in regular side dish rotation. 

Instructions

1.Using a paring knife, remove the cauliflower from the stem and break into florets.
2.Place in a baking dish and sprinkle with salt and Balinese Long Pepper. Drizzle with Key Lime Avocado Oil and toss to coat. Cover tightly with plastic wrap and microwave for 7-10 minutes or until tender.
