Bourbon Glazed Salmon


4 salmon filets
Bourbon Balsamic
1 Tbl Bengal Hickory Grilling Blend
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 Tbl dijon mustard

File this one in the simple and quick folder – oh, and it’s one for the incredibly delicious folder, too! We love the smoky sweet combo of our Bengal Hickory Grilling Blend and brown sugar. It comes together to form the perfect glaze for this lovely salmon supper.


1.Preheat oven to 400°F.
2.Season the filets lightly on all sides with salt. In a small bowl, combine the Bengal Hickory Grilling Blend, brown sugar and dijon mustard.
3.Position the salmon filets on a parchment-lined sheet pan. Spread the brown sugar mixture on the filets. Roast for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and switch the oven to the broiler.
4.Brush the filets with Bourbon Balsamic and place under the broiler for 3-5 mins or until golden brown.
