1 lb. ground beef--a combo of chuck and sirloin | |
1 egg | |
1/4 cup bread crumbs | |
Baton Rouge Burger Blend |
1. | Sprinkle 1/2 ounce Baton Rouge Burger Blend over the ground beef. |
2. | Add the egg and gently combine being careful not to overwork the meat. Add the bread crumbs and combine. |
3. | Form into four patties and grill to your desired internal temperature. |
