1 lb. ground beef--a combo of chuck and sirloin
1 egg
1/4 cup bread crumbs

He’s tried many of our blends in burgers and keeps coming back to¬†Baton Rouge Burger Blend. This sweet-savory combo with a touch of hickory is our signature blend for burgers. It’s a solid performer for meatballs and meatloaf, too. Burger night, family cookouts, BBQ parties…this is the perfect blend. And there’s no guilt in that.


1.Sprinkle 1/2 ounce Baton Rouge Burger Blend over the ground beef.
2.Add the egg and gently combine being careful not to overwork the meat. Add the bread crumbs and combine.
3.Form into four patties and grill to your desired internal temperature.
