3-5 lbs Brisket, trimmed
1 oz [Cuban Spice Blend]
1 8oz can tomato sauce
1/4 cup Davey's Salsa
1/4 cup Jay D's Louisiana Barbecue Sauce
1/2 cup beef broth
1 onion, sliced

We love recipes that come together in a slow cooker with pantry ingredients. Our Cuban Spice Rub works perfectly, and for the salsa, be sure to grab Davey’s Salsa and Jay D’s Louisiana BBQ Sauce. A customer kindly gave us this recipe. She says when she cooks this, she doesn’t have to call her family to dinner. They just appear.

1.Rub Cuban Spice Blend over surface of brisket.
2.Cook on high for 4-6 hours or until the brisket is fork tender. Remove the brisket from the slow cooker and allow to cool for 10 minutes before slicing against the grain. Serve with the cooked onions and sauce.
3.Whisk together the tomato sauce, Davey's Salsa, Jay D's Barbecue Sauce and beef broth and pour over the brisket.
