Take advantage of strawberry season with this super simple sauce that’s an excellent topping for pound cake, ice cream or even oatmeal. Our Coconut White Balsamic adds a tropical flair and works with our Strawberry Sugar to bring out the juices of the strawberries and heighten their sweetness. Yum!
|1 pint fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced|
|1 oz Strawberry Sugar|
|2 Tbl Coconut White Balsamic|
|1.||Place all ingredients in a bowl and allow to sit for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.|
|2.||Use the berries and juices to top pound cake or ice cream.|
|3.||Top with whipped cream if desired.|
