1 whole chicken
2 Tbl Rotisserie Chicken Blend, plus more for brining
1 stick butter, room temperature

Get classic rotisserie chicken flavors at home with our Rotisserie Chicken Blend. This recipe starts with a dry brine and ends with a delicious roasted chicken with crispy skin. Master the simple technique. No rotisserie needed!


1.The day before cooking, dry brine the chicken by generously seasoning with salt and Rotisserie Chicken Blend. Refrigerate overnight, uncovered, and allow to dry brine in the cool air of the fridge.
2.The next day, blend 1 stick of butter with 2 Tbl Rotisserie Chicken Blend.
3.Preheat oven to 500°F.
4.Pat the chicken dry and generously coat with butter mixture. Place on a sheet pan or roasting pan. If they're available, add some fresh herbs to the pan. We love thyme and rosemary.
5.Bake for 25 minutes or until deep golden brown.
6.Drop the oven temp to 350°F and bake until internal temperature reaches 161°F. Let rest for 20 minutes. The residual heat will continue to cook the chicken to an internal heat of 165°F.
