4 cups frozen or fresh peas
4 cups stock
1 medium yellow onion, medium diced
1 large shallot, quartered
5 cloves of garlic, whole and peeled
Roasted Garlic Avocado Oil
2 Tbl Geaux Green Daily Blend
Melange Pour Le Pain
or Everything Blend for topping

It’s a customizable savory smoothie and grain bowl! Stick with the recipe below or make your own (and when you do, be sure to tag us on those gorgeous food photos!) Mix up your veggies and grains. Top it all off with seeds or your favorite spice blend. This yummy green pea bowl uses our Geaux Green Daily Blend for an extra boost of vitamins and nutrition.

For our toppings, we used pumpkin seeds, bell pepper and corn. Try cucumbers, jalapeños or diced zucchini and add in grains. We love rice, cous cous and farro. For a crunchy finishing touch, sprinkle on Melange Pour Le Pain or Everything Blend. Then, grab a spoon!


1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2.Place onions, shallots and garlic on a sheet pan and drizzle with Roasted Garlic Avocado Oil. Roast until golden brown, about 15 minutes. Set aside to cool.
3.Meanwhile, in boiling water, blanch peas for 3 minutes to soften skin. Shock in ice water to stop the cooking process.
4.To a blender, add stock, peas, Geaux Green blend and roasted veggies. Blend until silky smooth and set in fridge to keep cool for serving.
5.To serve, spoon into a bowl and layer on your toppings.
