HOW TO STEEP & ENJOY ALMOND PEAR CUSTARD WHITE TEA
Steep Time & Temp: Steep in water well under the boil – 175°F – for 4-6 mins
Cold Steep? YES! Through trial and error, we’ve found that white teas steep beautifully. Place 1/3 cup in a pitcher. Cover with water, and in the morning, you have cold brew!
Take a Sip: White tea is all about subtle sweetness. Give your palate time to find it. It might come on the second or third sip. Or it might take a cup for two. This tea is mellow and like sunshine in a cup – with a side of baked pears with vanilla.
