Choose your favorite tea – for ours, we grabbed Fais Do Do Herbal Tea – a chamomile tea blend that’s just a delight. Steep a cup. Load up a jar with oats, douse with tea. And you’re off! A great way to start your day!
Anti-Inflammatory Overnight Oats
