hourPacked with nutrition and tons of local goodness-not to mention love! This Korintje Cinnamon studded granola makes a great gift for teachers, co workers or just about anyone. They’ll be thinking of you Christmas morning as they enjoy this crunchy granola with their morning coffee!
Ingredients
3 cups old fashioned oats
2 cups chopped pecans
1/4 cup flaxseed
2 tsp Korintje Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Sel Gris
3/4 cup Pecan Oil
3/4 cup Honey
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F.
- In a large bowl, combine the oats, chopped pecans, flaxseed, Korintje Cinnamon and Sel Gris.
- Stir in the Honey and Pecan Oil. Taste and adjust with more Sel Gris, if needed.
- Bake for 30 mins then stir and rotate the pan and bake for an additional 15-20 mins or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool then break into pieces and store in an airtight container.
