This bright, fruity and spicy salsa is perfect for using up that bumper crop of summertime Jalapeno chiles and basil from the herb garden. Use it on everything including our Chicken Volcanes Street Tacos.
1 1/2 cups mango, chopped | |
1 jalapeno, chopped | |
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped | |
1/4 cup basil, chopped | |
1/2 cup onion, chopped | |
1 garlic clove, minced | |
1 Tbl Cilantro Lime Extra Virgin Olive Oil | |
1 Tbl lime juice | |
1/2 tsp Lime Sea Salt |
1. | Mix all ingredients in a bowl and fold to combine. Let sit for 5 minutes, then taste. Adjust with salt, pepper and lime juice. |
