minutesSchichimi Togarashi, also known as Japanese Seven Spice, is a spicy, umami flavor storm. It packs big flavor, and we reach for it in to make Ramen and our delicious Shanghai Noodles. If you love Asian cooking, this blend is a great pantry staple. Also, when snack time hits, you’re ready. We love Schichimi Togarashi on this garlicky, buttery popcorn!
