1/3 cup Pecan Oil
1/2 cup popcorn kernels
1 stick butter, melted
1 Tbl Traditional Matcha
2 Tbl sugar
1 Tbl Vanilla Bean Sea Salt

Matcha powder is finely ground green tea leaves that whisk up into a tasty beverage like Matcha Lemonade. Or a smoothie like Smoothie Bowls. Or to make this sweet-n-salty, oh-so-lovely snack. Stovetop popcorn meets our Traditional Matcha. Here’s another recipe to add to your must-try list.


1.Whisk together the melted butter, Traditional Matcha, sugar and Vanilla Bean Salt. Keep warm.
2.Set a dutch oven with a tight-fitting lid over medium heat. Add in the Pecan Oil. When it shimmers, add in the popcorn and place the lid on the pot. Using pot holders for your hands, shake the pot occasionally. When you hear the popping slow down, remove the pot from the heat and remove the lid.
3.Immediately pour the melted butter and Matcha mixture over the popcorn. Use a spatula or your hands to coat the popcorn. Taste and adjust with salt.
