Tea gives us all the feels. We especially love that tea can address feelings, moods, aches, insomnia and lack of focus. While tea is not a cure-all, adding tea to your daily routine is a good idea. At its core, tea is an excellent source of hydration. Tea and botanicals have been used for generations in cultures throughout the world for wellness and healing.
