1 lb Brussels Sprouts, trimmed and halved | |

Pointe Coupée Pecan Oil | |

1. | Preheat oven to 400° F. |
2. | Place the Brussels Sprouts on a baking sheet. Season with Autumn Spice Blend, and Drizzle with Pointe Coupee Pecan Oil. Season with salt. Stir to coat the sprouts evenly with the blend and oil. |
3. | Roast, stirring halfway during cooking time, until golden brown and beginning to get crispy on the edges - about 20 minutes. Drizzle with additional pecan oil when then come out of the oven while still hot. Season with salt and serve. |
