Thanksgiving is tomorrow! It’s Wednesday, friends! All the prep work will be oh so appreciated tomorrow, but today is about most folks’ favorite part of the Thanksgiving meal: the side dishes. Our tasks today, 1 day until Thanksgiving, is to work on the Thanksgiving sides: Ciabatta Sausage Stuffing and Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes.

This very rustic stuffing from Thomas Keller is all about flavor, texture and lots more flavor. We added in our Gobble Gobble Blend and grabbed Iverstine’s hot breakfast sausage. Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes
Whether it’s Thanksgiving Day or any other day, mashed potatoes are best made right before the meal – a la minute, as they say in the restaurant biz. But there are some things you can do to make the mashed potato-making run smoothly. Get those spuds peeled and in water. Park them in your fridge until you’re ready. Oh, and get that garlic roasted.
