Make your Easter dinner, lunch or brunch spectacular – and easy! Here are seven recipes to make Easter planning a breeze. All that’s left is to hide the eggs and eat the ears from the chocolate bunnies!
1- Vanilla Balsamic Lamb Chops
Remember that time we retired our Vanilla Dark Balsamic? Big mistake! And that’s why we brought this customer favorite back to the shelves. We often lean on this rich, sweet balsamic for drizzling over berries or finishing off a trifle. But we love this balsamic for savory dishes, too. Perfect for flank steak or big, bone-in pork chops. It’s also in perfect company with lamb and rosemary. This dish is a definite show stopper. Fire up the grill, grab a bottle of Vanilla Balsamic and get ready for a memorable meal!
2- Deviled Eggs with Zhug & Pickled Radishes
Three scrambled eggs. That’s a big, hearty breakfast, right? So why is it so easy to scarf unlimited deviled eggs while standing at the buffet table? We have no idea, and we’re also not mad about it. These deviled eggs are case in point: delicious Kewpie Mayo filling with nice warmth from Urfa Biber Chile Flakes plus a picked radish and Zhug Blend finish. Amazing!
3- Asparagus Salad with Parmesan & Pecans
We love this cold crunchy salad with all its garlic & citrus zip. You can sub out the asparagus for green beans or do a combo of both! We use Garlic and Herb Seasoning in the vinaigrette along with Lemon Basil Extra Virgin Olive Oil. It’s all topped off with munchable Bergeron Pecans. Make this early in the day so the veggies can soak up all at garlicky goodness.
4- Butternut Squash Hummus
We haven’t met a butternut squash dish we didn’t like. And now we can add this one to our list of likes! The hint of spiciness from our Harissa Extra Virgin Olive Oil plays perfectly alongside the sweet butternut squash and umami creaminess of the chickpeas and tahini. We definitely like – no, love – this one! Make this and fall head over heels.
5- Smoked Salmon Potato Cakes with Pink Peppercorns
This nibble falls into the “perfect bite” category. Crispy potatoes. Smoky salmon. Cold sour cream. A pop of heat. This fun app does it all. Our Spud Spice is the perfect addition to sour cream, greek yogurt or creme fraiche and is at home on any spud. Baked potatoes, mashed potatoes or an air fryer filled with tots. We add in the pop of heat with a sprinkling of Pink Peppercorns – Fun Fact: Pink Peppercorns aren’t peppercorns at all. Pink Peppercorns are semi-ripe, dried berries from the Peruvian pepper tree. Pink peppercorns deliver warmth and a light, sweet note.
