minutesBorn at Brennan’s Restaurant, Bananas Foster is a New Orleans tradition. Our version brings in Vietnamese Cinnamon and a few scrapes of whole Nutmeg. We stud the sauce with a little Fleur de Sel to help build some contrast in this sweet dessert. Serve this sublime sensation with a big scoop of ice cream. This crowd pleaser comes together quickly and is definitely dressed to impress.
