This quick slaw is a must for our Instant Pot Brisket. Grab a bag of pre-cut slaw, Champagne Pear Balsamic Vinegar, Orange Pepper, and you’ll have a tangy and crunchy topping for the hearty brisket. Delicious on its own, it parks nicely in fridge for several days. Have it on hand to top tacos, serve alongside chili or munch on its own!
1 bag pre-cut broccoli or cabbage slaw | |
1/2 cup mayo | |
2 tsp white sugar | |
1 Tbl Champagne Pear Balsamic Vinegar | |
1.5 tsp Orange Pepper | |
Salt to taste |
1. | Whisk together the mayo, sugar, balsamic and orange pepper. Fold in the slaw. Allow to sit for five minutes before tasting. |
2. | Taste and adjust with salt. Serve with our Instant Pot Brisket. Excellent on fish tacos, too! |
