1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup granulated sugar
4 Tbl butter (1/2 stick)
1 cup whole milk
1 Tbl baking powder
2 cups blueberries or fruit/preserves of choice
1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract

A cup of this, a cup of that… this is the simply delicious cobbler recipe to tuck away for a day of baking and using up fresh fruit. Berry season, stone fruit season- this dessert is delicious many ways!


1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2.Place butter in 9 x 13 baking dish. Put in oven until melted. Meanwhile, blend together all ingredients to create batter mixture.
3.Once butter is melted, remove dish. Pour batter over the butter and spread evenly. Add fruit on top and place in oven.
4.Let bake for 20-25 minutes or until dough is springy and cooked through.
5.Slice and serve with ice cream or whipped cream.
