Often likened to eggnog, it’s made from a rich blend of coconut milk and sweetened condensed milk. Warm spices including Nutmeg and Cinnamon give this holiday sip a cozy vibe. Add in rum for a libation to remember. Alcohol or not, serve this one well chilled over ice for a refreshing, rich and indulgent beverage.
Ingredients
14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
13 oz can coconut milk
1/2 tsp Korintje Cinnamon
1/4 tsp Ground Nutmeg
1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
1/4 cup rum (optional)
ice for serving
Instructions
- In a blender, combine all of ingredients and blend until combined, about 1 minute. Serve in rocks glasses over ice. Garnish with a dusting of cinnamon and a few scrapes of nutmeg.
