Ingredients

1 heaping tsp anchovy paste
½ cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup full fat Greek yogurt
½ cup parsley leaves
¼ cup basil leaves
½ tsp Sariette Blend
1 Tbl lemon juice, plus additional for seasoning
2 Tbl chopped fresh tarragon leaves
2 Tbl minced chives
Salt and Pepper

We love this tarragon-rich, throwback dressing. It’s fantastic as a dip for a veggie tray. We love it in place of caesar for dressing romaine lettuce. It’s also fantastic in our California Chicken Wraps. Bright and fresh and so full of flavor!

Instructions

1.In a food processor or blender, combine the anchovy fillets, mayonnaise, yogurt, parsley, basil, Sariette Blend, and 1 Tbl lemon juice and process until smooth and brilliant green. Transfer to a bowl and stir in the tarragon and chives, and season to taste with salt and pepper, and additional lemon juice.
