1 heaping tsp anchovy paste
½ cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup full fat Greek yogurt
½ cup parsley leaves
¼ cup basil leaves
½ tsp Sariette Blend
1 Tbl lemon juice, plus additional for seasoning
2 Tbl chopped fresh tarragon leaves
2 Tbl minced chives
Salt and Pepper

We love this tarragon-rich, throwback dressing. It’s fantastic as a dip for a veggie tray. We love it in place of caesar for dressing romaine lettuce. It’s also fantastic in our California Chicken Wraps. Bright and fresh and so full of flavor!


1.In a food processor combine the anchovy fillets, mayonnaise, yogurt, parsley, basil, Sariette Blend, and 1 Tbl lemon juice and process until smooth and brilliant green. Transfer to a bowl and stir in the tarragon and chives, and season to taste with salt and pepper, and additional lemon juice.
