1/2 cup mayo
2 Tbl ketchup
2 tsp yellow mustard
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1 Tbl Meaux Betta Blend
1/4 tsp sugar

Chicken fingers, crawfish tails, fried pickle chips or french fries. No matter what you dip, you’ll want to take this sauce and dip it. Dip it good.


1.In a bowl, combine all ingredients. Allow to sit for at least 15 mins for the flavors to meld. Refrigerate any unused sauce (how? why?) and use within 10 days.
