6 hard-boiled eggs
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 Tbl sweet relish
1 tsp dijon mustard
Salt to taste
Hot Smoked Paprika
Radishes and sliced scallions for garnish

Not your Grandma’s deviled eggs…this picnic staple gets an upgrade from Hot Smoked Paprika. This uber-popular spice is a favorite among grillers. The smoky-spicy heat is perfect for any type of grilled meats. You can also add it to chilis, soups and stews. Use it to update old standards…like these deviled eggs.


1.Cut each egg lengthwise and scoop the yolks from the center.
2.In a bowl, combine the yolks, mayonnaise, relish, mustard, salt and 1/2 tsp Hot Smoked Paprika. Taste and adjust the salt and mayonnaise.
3.Scoop or pipe the filling back into the egg white halves. Garish with a sprinkling of Hot Smoked Paprika.
