  • Preheat the oven to 375ยฐF. Brush the flatbread with Shallot Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Sprinkle with Applewood Smoked Salt. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Add the bacon and figs, cut side up, onto the crust.
  • Bake for 8-10 minutes or until the crust is browned and the figs are softened. Sprinkle with arugula and pine nuts. Drizzle with Fig Balsamic Vinegar.
