1 tsp Anti-inflammatory Smoothie Blend | |
1/8 tsp Himalayan Salt | |
1 Tbl Honey | |
1 cup milk | |
Fruit, Nuts & Crystallized Ginger for topping |
1. | Place the oats, Anti-inflammatory Smoothie Blend, Himalayan salt and milk in a jar with a lid. Place in fridge overnight. |
2. | In the morning, the oats are ready to eat right from the jar. For creamier, warm oatmeal, microwave for 1 minute increments, stirring between each increment, until the oatmeal is thick and creamy. |
3. | Drizzle with honey. Top with fruit, nuts and Crystallized Ginger. |
