We paired it with our Italian Herbs Extra Virgin Olive Oil and our old friend Champagne Pear Balsamic Vinegar. The result? Flavor bigger than the Tuscan sun.
|1/3 cup Champagne Pear Balsamic
|2 heaping tsp Greek Island Blend
|1/2 shallot, minced
|2 Tbl minced parsley
|1/2 cup Italian Herbs Extra Virgin Olive Oil
|Salt and Pepper
|In a large jar, add in the Champagne Pear Balsamic Vinegar, Greek Island Blend and shallot. Whisk thoroughly or cap the bottle and shake. Set aside for 5 mins. The dried aromatics in the blend will soften in the acidity of the vinegar.
|Drizzle in the Italian Herbs Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Whisk or shake then allow to sit for another 5 mins. Add in the parsley and taste. Adjust with salt and pepper if needed.
|Whisk/Shake again before using. Refrigerate any unused dressing and use within 1 week.
