Our Soup Mixes are a wintertime favorite! This Instant Pot recipe uses our delicious Rosemary White Bean Soup mix for a big pot of satisfying comfort. Topped off with pan fried ham, this will be a suppertime favorite with lunchbox possibilities!
|1 package Rosemary White Bean mix
|Caramelized Onion Avocado Oil
|1 lb smoked cured ham steak, cubed
|Rosemary Extra Virgin Olive Oil
|Salt and Pepper, to taste
|Open Rosemary White Bean Mix and remove spice packet. Empty the white beans into the Instant Pot. Fill empty bean mix bag with water and pour over bean mixture. Do this twice. After, empty spice packet into the pot and stir.
|Close Instant Pot lid. Set to 45 minutes on high pressure cook. Allow to naturally release for 15 mins.
|After the 15 minute natural release, press the quick release button and release any remaining pressure. Open, stir and keep on warm for 10 minutes to let starch of beans naturally thicken the liquid. Salt and pepper the beans to taste.
|Meanwhile, heat Caramelized Onion Avocado Oil over medium high heat until shimmering. Add in ham cubes to pan and cook until golden brown.
|Serve beans over rice. Top with ham and a drizzle of Rosemary Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
