Ingredients

2 large green plantains
Key Lime Avocado Oil
Jerk Chicken Blend
Salt

Cripsy and delicious. Spicy and a little sweet. We love the authentic Jamaican flavors of our Jerk Chicken Blend. We use our Microplane mandoline to create nice long planks, giving these plantain chips perfect scoop-ability! They work perfectly with our Habanero Lime Black Bean Salsa.

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
2.Peel 2 plantains and cut in half. Use a mandoline to cut 1/8" thick planks.
3.Place the plantains on the parchment paper. Drizzle with Key Lime Avocado Oil. Lightly salt, then generously season with Jerk Chicken Blend.
4.Bake for 10 minutes. Remove from oven, flip chips and bake for another 5 mins or until golden brown.
5.Remove from oven and let cool for at least 10 minutes. They will get crispier as they sit, so take care to not over bake.
