Mint Brulee Tea | |

1/4 cup Honey | |
1/4 cup water |
1. | Make a pitcher of Mint Brulee tea by cold steeping 1/3 cup tea in 2 quarts water. Place in fridge overnight. Remove the infuser or strain off leaves. |
2. | To make the honey simple syrup, combine the honey and water in a microwave-safe measuring cup or bowl. Microwave for 1 minute. Stir and set aside. |
3. | Add ice to a tall glass. Fill the glass 3/4 full with Mint Brulee tea. Add a tablespoon honey simple syrup. Top with a cold, unflavored sparkling water like La Croix or Topo Chico. |
