1/2 cup Toasted Sesame Rice | |
Sliced Seared Sesame Tuna | |
Sweet Quick Pickled Cucumbers | |
Sliced avocado | |
Fresh cilantro leaves for garnish | |
Sliced scallion for garnish | |
For the Sauce: | |
1 cup Greek yogurt | |
2 cups fresh cilantro | |
1 garlic cloved, minced | |
Juice of 1 lime | |
1/4 tsp Wasabi Powder | |
1/2 tsp salt | |
2 Tbl [Cilantro Lime Extra Virgin Olive Oil] |
1. | To make the sauce, first soak the garlic in the lime juice in a small bowl for about 10 mins. This will help tamp down the raw garlic bite. |
2. | In a blender, add in the cilantro, garlic-lime mixture, yogurt, salt and wasabi powder. Blend until smooth, creamy and a uniform color. |
3. | With the machine running, drizzle in the olive oil. Taste and adjust with salt, lime juice and wasabi. |
4. | Build the bowl with rice, sliced tuna, avocado and pickled cucumbers. Drizzle with the sauce. Garnish with fresh cilantro and scallion. |
