1. | Cut each block of cream cheese in half - or into wedges. Coat half of the cream cheese in Everything Bagel Blend and the other half in Melange Pour le Pain. |
2. | Create a board by arranging the pieces of cream cheese at intervals on the board. Stagger the sliced onion, radishes and cucumbers around the cream cheese. Work in slices of smoked salmon amongst the vegetables. |
3. | Place a bowl of drained capers next to the board and line up the split bagels alongside. |
4. | Place spreaders in the cream cheese. Cocktail forks and small tongs work great for spearing and lifting the salmon, onions, radishes and cucumbers. |
