This tea is a little reminiscent of spiced tea packets made with Tang (remember Tang?) Store owner Anne loves a good retro recipe, and she decided this one needs a comeback! In this modern version, we steep Orange Ginger Spice Black Tea and combine it with Cinnamon Sugar-sweetened orange juice. This stovetop elixir is just the thing for keeping the chill at bay. Warm up with this one!

Ingredients

Instructions

  • Steep 1 Tbl Currant Tea in 2 cups very hot water – near the boil – for 4 minutes. Strain off the tea leaves and set aside.
  • In a small saucepan, simmer 1 cup orange juice with 1/4 cup Cinnamon Sugar until the sugar dissolves.
  • Combine the 2 cups Currant Tea with the 1 cup orange juice + Cinnamon Sugar mixture. Ladle into mugs and sip!
