We love the cinnamon-forward Anti-Inflammatory Smoothie Blend in this snack- delicious and nutritious. These bites are great for a protein boost at breakfast or right before the gym. The best part? These Power Bites can be whipped up in under 10 minutes, and the customization options are endless!
1 cup old fashioned oats, divided | |
1/2 cup Almond flour | |
1/4 cup maple syrup | |
1 cup nut butter (We used Sunbutter) | |
1 tsp Anti Inflammatory Smoothie Blend | |
1/4 tsp Himalayan Salt | |
1/4 cup dark chocolate chips | |
Vanilla Latte Sugar, for rolling |
1. | Using a food processor, pulse half of the oats to make a semi-fine powder. Leave the other half of the oats in the original form to add more texture to the power bites. |
2. | In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix well. Form into 16 bite-sized balls. Roll them in Vanilla Latte Sugar. |
3. | Refrigerate until firm. If stored in the fridge, consume within 2 weeks. You could also store in the freezer for up to 8 months. |
