Overnight oats take only minutes to prepare, and they are a sight for sleepy (and hungry) eyes in the morning. We loaded up jars with old-fashioned oats, brown sugar, a pinch of Himalayan Salt and Pure Maple Extract – the star of the show! Top with pecans, apples or pears and a drizzle of maple syrup. Your day just got better!

1/3 cup old-fashioned oats | |
1 cup milk (we used soy) | |
Pinch Himalayan Salt | |
1/2 tsp Pure Maple Extract | |
1 heaping Tbl brown sugar | |
Apples, pears, pecans, for serving | |
Maple syrup drizzle, for serving |
1. | Combine the oats, milk, salt, extract and brown sugar in a jar. Stir. Store in fridge overnight. |
2. | In the morning, heat the oatmeal in the microwave for 1 minute. Stir and heat in 30 second increments until thick and creamy. |
3. | Top with chopped apples or pears and pecans. Drizzle with maple syrup. |
