Ingredients
3 lbs sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed
2 Tbl butter
2 Tbl Garllc Maple Blend
Instructions
- Place the cubed potatoes in a large pot of well-salted water. Bring to a boil. Cook until the potatoes can be easily pierced with a knife. Drain and move back to the pot.
- Add in the butter, Caramelized Onion Extra Virgin Olive Oil, cream, Garlic Maple Blend and salt. Mash with a potato masher. Taste and adjust with salt.
- Place in a bowl and use a spoon to make peaks and valleys. Drizzle with Bourbon Balsamic Vinegar.
