Earl Grey Tea meets rich frothy milk in a warm drink with the perfect name: London Fog. Earl Grey’s perfumy bergamot is unmistakable, and it’s in perfect company with a creamy fog of whipped milk – made easy with our AdHoc Frother. A great tool for frothing milk for lattes or for getting smooth, creamy Matcha every time!

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp Earl Grey Tea

  • 12 oz water

  • 1/4 cup milk-we used Almond Milk

  • Sweetener of choice

Instructions

  • Steep the Earl Grey tea in 12 oz water heated to 195°F (just below the boil) for 3 minutes. Sweeten your tea to your liking at this point.
  • Heat the milk in a large glass or measuring cup in the microwave until quite hot. Froth with the AdHoc Frother right in the glass or measuring cup until it is whipped light and about 4 times it original volume.
  • Pour the milk into the tea and spoon the froth on top.
