Ground venison makes for a great burger. If you’re concerned about gaminess, we’ve got you covered. Game & Fowl Rub is blended specifically with venison and duck in mind. The spices help tamp gaminess while the Fig Balsamic Vinegar brings in a little sweetness. Delicious, flavorful venison burgers – fire up the grill!

  • In a bowl, gently combine the venison, Steak & Fowl Blend, Smoked Extra Virgin Olive Oil, salt, pepper, Fig Balsamic and Worcestershire. For the mixture into four patties and let sit at room temp for 15 mins.
  • Heat a grill over medium-high heat. If working with coals, create a hot and cooler section.
  • Grill the patties until golden brown on one side – about 4 minutes. Turn the patties and lower the heat or move to a cooler section. Continue cooking until the patties are cooked to medium with an internal temp of 145°F.
  • Serve the burgers on buns with cheese, lettuce, tomato and Steakhouse Sauce.
