Ingredients
4 flatbreads
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
4 slices bacon, cooked
Fresh figs, halved
Arugula and toasted pine nuts, for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F. Brush the flatbread with Shallot Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Sprinkle with Applewood Smoked Salt. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Add the bacon and figs, cut side up, onto the crust.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes or until the crust is browned and the figs are softened. Sprinkle with arugula and pine nuts. Drizzle with Fig Balsamic Vinegar.
