Salty, smoky bacon and sweet figs make a great pair in this happy hour app that is pure happiness. A drizzle of our sweet Fig Balsamic ups the happy factor. The perfect nibble with a glass of wine. A great wing man for your charcuterie board. Or maybe this is supper all to yourself.

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F. Brush the flatbread with Shallot Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Sprinkle with Applewood Smoked Salt. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Add the bacon and figs, cut side up, onto the crust.
  • Bake for 8-10 minutes or until the crust is browned and the figs are softened. Sprinkle with arugula and pine nuts. Drizzle with Fig Balsamic Vinegar.
