Balsamic Roasted Strawberries are a tart-sweet treat that come together quickly. Use them to top ice cream. Fold them into yogurt. Add to your morning oatmeal for a vibrant breakfast. Perfect for bruschetta with ricotta or goat cheese. We love them in a bowl to accompany a cheese board. Strawberry Dark Balsamic Vinegar offers the perfect balance of satisfying sweetness and puckering tartness with a lean into strawberry flavor. Change it up with our Vanilla Dark Balsamic or Espresso Dark Balsamic for an interesting twist!

Ingredients

Instructions

  • Place the strawberries in a single layer on a pan or platter and place in the freezer. Freeze until frozen solid. When ready to roast, heat oven to 400°F.
  • Combine the frozen strawberries, Strawberry Balsamic Vinegar and honey in a bowl. Scrape into a 9X13 baking dish, and turn the berries so that they are flat size down. Roast for 25-35 minutes or until the berries have released their juices and are softened.
  • Allow to cool and transfer to a storage container and store with their juices. Refrigerate and use within 1 week.
