Ingredients

1-15.5oz can chickpeas, drained, rinsed, patted dry
2 tsp Rougarou
1 tsp salt
2 tsp Roasted Garlic Avocado Oil

These little round nutrition powerhouses are an inexpensive blank canvas, just waiting to be adorned with your favorite Spice Blend. Perfect for snacking and topping, these Rougarou Roasted Chickpeas are just one of the many, many ways we show our love.

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a sheetpan with parchment.
2.Place in a bowl. Pour the Roasted Garlic Avocado Oil over the chickpeas and stir to coat. Sprinkle in the Rougarou. Stir well to make sure all chickpeas are coated.
3.Scrape the chickpeas and all of the oil and spices onto the prepared pan in a single layer. Bake until golden and crispy, 25 to 35 minutes, shaking the tray to toss after 15 minutes.
4.Cool completely. Perfect for snacking. Great for a grain bowl. A fantastic topping for salads and soup!
