In the morning, eat them right from the fridge or pop them in the microwave for a warm oatmeal breakfast. Top with nuts and fruit and a bit of Crystallized Ginger. Rise & Shine!
Ingredients
1/3 cup old-fashioned oats
1/8 tsp Himalayan Salt
1 Tbl Honey
1 cup milk
Fruit, Nuts & Crystallized Ginger for topping
Instructions
- Place the oats, Anti-inflammatory Smoothie Blend, Himalayan salt and milk in a jar with a lid. Place in fridge overnight.
- In the morning, the oats are ready to eat right from the jar. For creamier, warm oatmeal, microwave for 1 minute increments, stirring between each increment, until the oatmeal is thick and creamy.
- Drizzle with honey. Top with fruit, nuts and Crystallized Ginger.
