Tamp down the overly sweetness by adding in a layer of flavor and a bit of salt. Use our Amaretto Extract and Sel Gris, and you’ll have yourself a bowlful of complex, almond-rich icing for cakes and cookies.

Ingredients
1 tub vanilla frosting
1.5 tsp Amaretto Extract
1/4 tsp Sel Gris
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and use a hand mixer to beat the frosting for 1 full minute. Load into a piping bag or use a spatula to frost cookies and cakes.
