Packed with nutrition and tons of local goodness-not to mention love! This Korintje Cinnamon studded granola makes a great gift for teachers, co workers or just about anyone. They’ll be thinking of you Christmas morning as they enjoy this crunchy granola with their morning coffee!
3 cups old fashioned oats | |
2 cups chopped pecans | |
1/4 cup flaxseed | |
2 tsp Korintje Cinnamon | |
1/2 tsp Sel Gris | |
3/4 cup Pecan Oil | |
3/4 cup Honey |
1. | Preheat oven to 325°F. |
2. | In a large bowl, combine the oats, chopped pecans, flaxseed, Korintje Cinnamon and Sel Gris. |
3. | Stir in the Honey and Pecan Oil. Taste and adjust with more Sel Gris, if needed. |
4. | Bake for 30 mins then stir and rotate the pan and bake for an additional 15-20 mins or until golden brown. |
5. | Allow to cool then break into pieces and store in an airtight container. |
