|2 large sweet potatoes, well scrubbed and unpeeled|
|1 Tbl Cranberry Maple Rub|
|2 Tbl Roasted Garlic Avocado Oil|
|1.||Preheat oven to 375°F.|
|2.||Using a spiral cutter or mandolin, cut the sweet potatoes into thin, shoestrings. Spread the sweet potatoes on a sheet pan and sprinkle with the Cranberry Maple Rub and salt.|
|3.||Using your hands or tongs, toss to combine. Drizzle with the Roasted Garlic Avocado Oil and toss again to combine making sure all of the surfaces are well coated.|
|4.||Spread out evenly on the sheet pan and bake for 7-12 minutes or until they are tender. Continue cooking longer for crispy sweet potato fries.|
