Aquafaba is the liquid from a can of chickpeas. With the addition of a little sweetener, it creates a lucious and delicious whipped matcha. A great way to create a vegan Dalgona matcha. Aquafaba is whipped up with Vanilla Bean Powder until it’s light and fluffy. Oh, and it made a ton! We served up 6 mesmerizing drinks.

3. | Note: We found that the sodium level varied quite a bit from brand to brand. Our favorite was the Signature Kitchen Organic variety which had 6% sodium. Some cans were more than 20% sodium. |
