|2 lbs thick-cut NY Strip Steak|
|Prime Rib Rub|
|1 stick butter|
|4 cloves garlic, grated|
|1/2 tsp Kosher Flake Salt|
|big handful parsley, chopped|
|1.||Heat a cast iron over medium high heat. Add the butter and melt. When it's simmering and bubbling, add the steak cubes and sear until browned, flipping them halfway through, 6 to 8 minutes total. Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute more. Remove from the heat and garnish with the parsley.|
