These cereal bars are packed with all the good stuff. Whole grains, protein and our Golden Milk Daily Blend – good stuff, indeed! Packed with nutrition and completely packable into lunch boxes and backpacks. These crunchy-sweet treats are on-the-go ready!
1 cup Soom Tahini | |
1/2 cup honey | |
2 Tbl Golden Milk Daily Blend | |
1/2 cup roasted chopped nuts | |
1 cup rolled oats | |
2 cups puffed wheat cereal | |
1/2 cup dried cranberries | |
1 Tbl chia seeds | |
1/4 cup chopped dark chocolate |
1. | Line a 9X9 pan with parchment. Spray the parchment with nonstick spray. |
2. | Whisk together the Soom Tahini, honey and Golden Milk Daily Blend. |
3. | Fold in the remaining ingredients and press into the pan. The mixture will be sticky - moisten fingers with water to help the process along. |
4. | Pop in the freezer for 15 mins. Cut into bars and wrap in parchment or plastic wrap. Wrapped bars can be moved into a ziptop bag and frozen for up to 6 months. Or store in the fridge and consume within a week. |
