12-6 bamboo skewers, pre-soaked in water
3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 tsp Salt
1 oz It's Greek to Me Blend
3 Tbl Rosemary Extra Virgin Olive Oil
4 garlic cloves, grated
2 tsp Aleppo Chile Flakes
Red onion, cut in 1 inch pieces for skewering

It’s Greek to Me Blend is a savory mixture of Mediterranean herbs that’s full of flavor. This Greek blend is rich with aromatic rosemary, oregano and spices. It’s salt free so you control the sodium. We combine it with our Rosemary Extra Virgin Olive Oil to rub on chicken skewers. Serve alongside cool cucumber-filled Tzatziki for a delicious outdoor meal.


1.Cut the chicken breasts into 2-inch cubes. In a bowl, combine It's Greek to Me Blend, Rosemary Extra Virgin Olive Oil, salt, garlic and Aleppo Chile Flakes. Add the chicken and stir to combine. Marinate in the fridge for at least an hour or overnight. When ready to cook, remove from the fridge and allow to sit at room temp for 15 mins.
2.If using bamboo skewers, soak them in water for 15 mins.
3.Preheat the grill to 400°F. Skewer the chicken, alternating with onion and bell pepper. Drizzle over any remaining marinade and grill the chicken on one side until golden brown.
4.Turn the chicken and lower the heat - or move the chicken to a cooler side of the grill. Grill until firm to the touch, and juices run clear - about 10 additional minutes. If using a thermometer, you're looking for an internal temp of 160°F.
5.Serve with Tzatziki for dipping.
